Vegan recipes for your Easter, whether vegan brunch, lunch or for coffee, vegan is so easy.
Easter vegan, find vegan recipe ideas for your Easter. Only a few more days and Easter is coming. This year it will even be a very special celebration, because there are still exit restrictions. A reason for frustration? Not necessarily, because maybe it is also the rare chance to celebrate the Feast to celebrate in his closest family circle and to prepare fine vegan dishes to prepare. I am thinking for example of a vegan brunch or a complete menu with Appetizer, Main course and Dessert, or great cakes. Of course a homemade Easter bread must not be missing in any case.
NOTE: I’ve included a little glossary this time so you can quickly and easily see if, for example, the recipe can also be baked gluten-free(GF), it’s oil-free(NO), or you can prepare it the day before(PREP).
Easter vegan celebration made easy
At the moment it is not so easy to find everything you need in the stores. However, the situation is already recovering a little and those who are early enough can get hold of a yeast cube, flour or (if they are very lucky) a pack of toilet paper. All kidding aside, you may have to improvise a little in one place or another this year, but it will definitely work out.
Vegan sweets for your Easter
Let’s start with the sweets, you can either make them yourself or buy them in the supermarket. I think PETA is once again doing a great job in this area, featuring vegan candy from many supermarkets and discount stores. The selection is surprisingly large and definitely enough for an extra large Easter nest. If you want to be creative yourself, I have a small but nice list of fine vegan sweets:

At veganevibes everything is indeed simple and fast, for the 5-tier cake with marzipan decorations there are certainly much better bloggers. A menu for the Easter should be easy to prepare and ideally also suitable for children. Especially at brunch, it should be varied and the food should be easy to portion. What could be better than opening the fridge in the evening to quickly and effortlessly make a delicious sandwich? Let’s get started together and take a look at delicious vegan appetizers, main dishes and desserts for your vegan Easter.

As we all know, the best always comes at the end and by that I mean Easter baking. I’m thinking of a freshly baked Easter bread right now, how that smells. But it does not always have to be Easter bread, but other, simple vegan sponge cake or a festive cake. Anything goes, as long as it’s not too heavy and fits the spring-like temperatures. Here are a few ideas for a successful Easter weekend coffee party.
So my dears, at this point I wish you a wonderful Easter despite restrictions. You can also have a virtual brunch with your family and when you don’t feel like it anymore, the connection is just bad. Fun aside, stay healthy, have a great time and should you try one or the other recipe, feel free to tag me under the hashtag #veganevibes
BE HAPPY. BE HEALTHY. BE VEGAN.
