Golden Milk Granola
- 300 g Oatmeal gluten-free
- 120 g Pecans coarsely chopped (or other nuts of choice)
- 3 tbspn Coconut shavings
- 2 tbspn Chia seeds
- 50 g Coconut blossom sugar or other sugar of your choice
- 60 ml tasteless oil or aquafaba* if oil-free
- 80 ml maple syrup
- 1 tbspn Turmeric ground or ½ fresh turmeric root grated
- ½ tbspn Cinnamon
- ¼ tbspn Cardamom
- ¼ tbspn Pepper
- A pinch of salt
- fresh blueberries
- Banana slices
- Oat milk
- Preheat oven to 160 °C convection or 180 °C upper-lower heat and prepare a baking tray with baking paper (or permanent baking mat).
- Provide large bowl. Add in oats, pecans, shredded coconut, chia seeds, coconut blossom sugar, oil, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix with a spoon until everything is well combined.300 g Oatmeal, 120 g Pecans, 3 tbspn Coconut shavings, 2 tbspn Chia seeds, 50 g Coconut blossom sugar, 60 ml tasteless oil, 80 ml maple syrup, 1 tbspn Turmeric, ½ tbspn Cinnamon, ¼ tbspn Cardamom, ¼ tbspn Pepper, A pinch of salt
- Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through baking time, run a spoon through once to make sure everything is browned evenly.
