Crunchy, naturally sweetened granola, which thanks to turmeric conjures up a wonderful yellow color in breakfast. Quickly made and incredibly delicious.
Preheat oven to 160 °C convection or 180 °C upper-lower heat and prepare a baking tray with baking paper (or permanent baking mat).
Provide large bowl. Add in oats, pecans, shredded coconut, chia seeds, coconut blossom sugar, oil, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix with a spoon until everything is well combined.
300 g Oatmeal, 120 g Pecans, 3 tbspn Coconut shavings, 2 tbspn Chia seeds, 50 g Coconut blossom sugar, 60 ml tasteless oil, 80 ml maple syrup, 1 tbspn Turmeric, ½ tbspn Cinnamon, ¼ tbspn Cardamom, ¼ tbspn Pepper, A pinch of salt
Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through baking time, run a spoon through once to make sure everything is browned evenly.
Remove from oven, let cool completely and enjoy with toppings of choice.
