These Overnight Oats are quickly stirred together and then allowed to sit in the fridge for a night until perfect the next morning. For the quick Overnight Oats you only need a few ingredients. The first step is to stir together plant milk, maple syrup, hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, coconut yogurt, salt and bourbon vanilla. Add the oatmeal and chia seeds and stir again until everything is well combined. Now it goes also directly off into the refrigerator and may pull there over night.

The next morning you can arrange the Oats for example of the at home beautifully. I like to add chopped hazelnuts on top and a blob of Nutella. Here, I usually can’t say no. However, I also don’t feel guilty about using my homemade Nutella. A little extra hazelnut puree should not be missing and the Overnight Oats are perfect. A sealable breakfast box or canning jar is suitable for taking along.

  • FOR THE OVERNIGHT OATS Place plant milk, maple syrup, hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, coconut yogurt, bourbon vanilla, and salt in a bowl, stir with a spoon or whisk until well combined. Add oatmeal and chia seeds and continue stirring. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
    250 ml Plant milk, 22 ml maple syrup, 30 g Hazelnut puree, 20 g Cocoa powder, 30 g Coconut yogurt, ¼ tbspn Bourbon vanilla, 1 Pinch of salt, 80 g Oatmeal, 20 g Chia seeds

  • TIP: For a TO GO version, pour into a resealable jar.
    Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und vermischen
  • Remove from refrigerator just before serving and optionally garnish with toppings of choice. enjoy!
