  • FΓΌr die Overnight Oats Pflanzenmilch, Chiasamen, Erdnussbutter und Ahornsirup in eine kleine SchΓΌssel oder ein Einmachglas geben und mit einem LΓΆffel gut verrΓΌhren.
    120 ml Pflanzenmilch, 1 EL Chiasamen, 2 EL Erdnussbutter, 1 EL Ahornsirup
  • Die Haferflocken dazugeben und untermischen. Mit einem Deckel oder Folie verschließen und ΓΌber Nacht in den KΓΌhlschrank stellen (mindestens 6 Stunden).
    80 g glutenfreie Haferflocken
  • Am nΓ€chsten Tag aus dem KΓΌhlschrank nehmen und mit den gewΓΌnschten Toppings garnieren. Genießen!
