- 15 ml Öl
- 2 Stück mittelgroße Kartoffeln (a ca. 150g) geschält und in kleine Würfel geschnitten
- 2 Stück Knoblauchzehen (a ca 3-4g) gepress 1 TL Knoblauchgranulat
- 1 Stück kleine rote Zwiebel (a ca. 50-60g) fein gehackt
- 1 TL italienische Kräuter
- ½ TL Paprikapulver geräuchert
- 1 Prise Salz
- 60 ml Gemüsebrühe
- Für das Scrambled Tofu eine Portion zubereiten (ZUM REZEPT)
Rest:
- 4 Stück Tortilla Wraps (a ca. 50-60g)
- 2 Stück Tomaten gewürfelt (mittelgro?
- 80 g Babyspinat
- 1 Stück Rote Zwiebel in Ringe geschnitten
- Scharfe Sauce nach Belieben
- Frische Kräuter nach Belieben
Anleitung
- Eine Pfanne erhitzen, Öl hineingeben. Kartoffelwürfel dazugeben, Knoblauch, rote Zwiebel, italienische Kräuter, Paprika Pulver und eine Prise Salz dazugeben und einmal kräftig Rühren, bis sich alles verbunden hat. Mit Gemüsebrühe ablöschen, abdecken und 15 Minuten kochen lassen, bis die Kartoffeln weich aber noch bissfest sind.15 ml Öl, 2 Stück mittelgroße Kartoffeln (a ca. 150g), 2 Stück Knoblauchzehen (a ca 3-4g) gepress, 1 Stück kleine rote Zwiebel (a ca. 50-60g), 1 TL italienische Kräuter, ½ TL Paprikapulver, 1 Prise Salz, 60 ml Gemüsebrühe
- Eine Portion Scrambled Tofu nach diesen Rezept zubereiten.Für das Scrambled Tofu eine Portion zubereiten
- Je einen Tortilla Warp nehmen und mit Kartoffel, Scrambled Tofu, Tomaten, Babyspinat, rote Zwiebel, scharfe Sauce und Kräuter nach Belieben füllen.
