Provide a small pot. Pour in water, maple syrup, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla and salt and bring to a boil while stirring.
125 ml Water, 45 ml maple syrup, 25 g Cocoa powder, 25 g Cocoa butter, ¼ tbspn Bourbon vanilla, ½ tbspn Cinnamon, Pinch of salt
Simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid thickens and becomes creamy.
Use immediately and or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.Perfect with ice cream, puddings, cakes, pancakes and refinement of vegetable milk.
