Rice cakes are too boring for you? Then these refined vegan rice cakes are just the thing. Few ingredients, quick to make, crunchy, nutty and chocolatey. Gluten-free, naturally sweetened, oil-free and vegan.
Place hazelnut puree and maple syrup in a bowl and stir until maple syrup has thickened a bit. Take one rice cake each and spread with the mush. Place four banana slices on each and pour chocolate over the top. Repeat until everything is used up.
6 Piece Rice cakes, 60 g Hazelnut puree, 30 g maple syrup, 1 Piece Banana
Place in the refrigerator and allow to set for at least 30 minutes.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
