RICE NOODLES cook according to package instructions, strain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
2 Liter Water, 200 g Rice noodles, A strong pinch of salt
Heat pan, add oil to pan, add vegetables and tofu and fry for 2-3 minutes until hot. Put the lid on it and let it steam for another 5 minutes.
15 ml Sesame oil, 200 g mixed vegetables, 100 g Smoked tofu
In the meantime THE SAUCE Mix lime juice, tamari, sesame oil, garam masala, turmeric, ginger and garlic in a bowl and stir well once until everything is combined. Set aside.
30 ml Lime juice, 60 ml Tamari, 15 ml Sesame oil, 1 tbspn Garam Masala**, ½ tbspn Turmeric, 2 tbspn Ginger, 2 Garlic cloves
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir vigorously once again. Add rice noodles and continue stirring until everything is well combined.
Serve immediately, sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds to taste, and enjoy.
