300gripe bananascut into pieces and frozen
30gAlmond pastealternatively tahini or another nut puree
12gCocoa powder1- 2 tablespoons more if you want it to be more chocolatey
Add frozen bananas, cocoa powder, nut puree, maple syrup and other optional ingredients to blender and blend until creamy.
300 g ripe bananas, 30 g Almond paste, 12 g Cocoa powder, 30 ml maple syrup, ½ tbspn Bourbon vanilla ground, optional: 2-3 Medjool dates instead of maple syrup, optional: a pinch of sea salt
Divide into two dessert bowls, garnish with desired toppings and enjoy!
