Ingredients
600gWatermelonPeel removed, cut into pieces
200gStrawberries
2tbsplemon juiceor lime juice
3tbspMaple Syrupor other liquid sweetener of choice
Place watermelon, strawberries, lemon juice and maple syrup in a high-powered blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour through a strainer if needed and pour into smoothie glasses. Top with sparkling water and add ice cubes if desired.
